Located in the middle of Riccarton, a 5 minute walk to Westfield mall and the supermarket, 20 minutes to the University of Canterbury and a 15 min bike ride into the CBD.

The house is a 5 bedroom home with double glazing, most of the time you’ll only be sharing with 2 other people, both women in their early twenties.

The room itself is a decent size to fit a queen bed, duchess, and additional shelving while still leaving space to move around. It can come furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. If furnished it’ll contain a bed, desk, and shelving for clothes. Unfurnished will still have the desk as it’s built in.

I’m looking for someone who needs a room over the summer, the lease ends on January the 31st so you will have to leave by then. Within that time I’m quite flexible on move in/out dates provided I’m given some warning to move my stuff out if need be.

Three of the current flatmates including myself are travelling to SE Asia for a month across November and December, during this time you’ll likely be sharing with two others, both will be working full time. We are all female students graduating university this year. We are often out and about but do enjoy the evenings together when we can. We don’t do large parties but do occasionally have a couple of friends over. The two you’ll be sharing with the majority of the time are tidy people who are very easy to chat to.
