Walking distance to Tauranga hospital and has bike rack shed available also.
Room and house is brand new and gets plenty of sunlight. Is nice warm and dry with a lovely outside deck area for the summer.
Looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful and who can pay bills on time.
Rent is $300 per week inclusive of bills (in moderation).
1 week in advance and $600 bond required.
No pets.
Room is for one person only. Will only be living with one other person.
Room available from October.
