You’ll be living with 2 kiwis 30/34 chilled out full time workers up early and at work 5/6 days a week definitely not a party house but also dont mind a quiet beverage or 3 and chatting some shit, respectful of each others privacy, other than that pretty quiet household. The neighbors are family so they’ll pop over time to time
