Brand new home close to bus station. Furnished room with King Single bed and wardrobe for storage. Situated in Hanleys Farm/Jacks Point. Lots of great views and hiking or biking trails to enjoy, 10-15mins from Frankton.

About the roomies

You will be sharing with myself, I work 5-6 days a week and am an early bird but very quiet and respectful to fellow housemates. I spend my free time Hiking, Biking, snowboarding and practicing Japanese. You will share with one other female who you will share the main large bathroom with. I,m Looking for someone who is very clean and tidy and respects everyone’s space and property.

Looking for someone to stay at lease 4 months. Internet is included. Electricity is equally divided. Bills will be transparent.
