Hi Roomies,

I have two double bedrooms available for rent in Haley’s Farm Queenstown in a brand new home. The house is 4 bedroom I have one and keep one spare if my wife and kids come down over the winter holiday. I spend 10 days per fortnight in QT for work.

The bathroom is large with a full bath and shower which will be shared by the two rooms. A seperate toilet downstairs. Open plan kitchen and lounge with TV and a seperate media room also with a TV.

Looking for tidy, professional and fun people. If you are into fitness that is a bonus also.

Just myself living in the property.

Civil Engineer, Clean and tidy.

Spend 3/4 of my time in QT and 1/4 in Auckland.

Generally 4 days in Auckland, 10 days in QT.

Train for triathlon and love fitness. Up early for training and generally sleep early too.
