I have two double rooms available in a modern, near-new home. Room 1 – $270/week + bills Double room with your own private ensuite. Room 2 – $220/week + bills Double room with use of the main bathroom. Both rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on what you need. The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, heat pump, great indoor/outdoor flow and a large sunny deck. There’s also a fully fenced section with lawn, and I’m open to pets for the right person . There’s a garage plus off-street parking for up to four cars, so there’s plenty of room without having to fight over parking! Minimum stay is 3 months. I’m looking for friendly, tidy and respectful people who want somewhere comfortable and relaxed to call home. I’d like it to feel like a home rather than just a place where everyone rents a room. I’m a working professional and also own a local business, so life keeps me pretty busy! I’m easy-going, friendly and enjoy having a relaxed home to come back to at the end of the day. I like keeping the house clean and tidy, but I’m definitely not looking for it to feel like a show home. I’d love to find flatmates who are respectful, independent and happy to have a chat or share a drink from time to time, while still having their own space. The overall vibe of the house is relaxed, comfortable and easy-going. I’m looking for people who will treat it as their home too.
