Inside there is a separate bathroom and toilet which are in the hall on the way to the bedrooms. The main living area (kitchen, dining, and lounge) is at the opposite end of the house to the bedrooms. the living area is open and spacious. There is also a vented air conditioning system which can heat and cool

There is also have a garage with a pool table and a music studio which is used for music lessons two afternoons a week

There is a cleaner that comes once a week and someone to do the lawns

Bills are $40 for summer and $50 for winter
