Brand new house only just over a year old. It is located in a new subdivision at the top of the hill opposite a farm (yes, no neighbours across the road!). The room gets the morning sun, bright and airy with a double wardrobe. Whilst the bathroom is not an ensuite, it is located downstairs a short walk from the room. The local dairy is a short drive down the road and the main shopping precinct is a 10min drive away. Off-street parking is available. You will have full access to the kitchen and scullery in case the kitchen is busy. Washing machine is available for your use as well.

We are a family of 6 (working mum and dad, mid to late 30’s) and live upstairs in the main quarters with our 16 year old son living downstairs in the other room. Ideally we are after a family oriented flatmate who would essentially like to join our family (this is a non-negotiable). We will give you your space first and foremost but as we are a busy household and always on the go, you’ll find that our kids love to interact with anyone new they meet. Our 3 other children are 2 girls (6 and 12) and our youngest is 2. Our children are our priority so finding someone who will get along with them and that our children feel safe with is paramount. We are willing to negotiate the rent if you don’t mind helping out with drop off or pick up of the kids or with homework or minding them when we need to pop out to the shop etc. as previously mentioned, we’re looking for not just a flatmate, but another member of our family.
