  1. Be considerate and quiet in the house.
  2. No Visitors staying overnight.
  3. Must Tidy up as you go (we don’t have cleaning roaster)
  4. Must open Window and curtain fully before leaving the house for the day (covid prevention)

Bus 298 around the corner is direct bus to Sylvia Park & Onehunga Dressmart ; Bus 70 (by KFC Greenlane) to New Market /Auckland CBD / AUT/ UOA; 20min walk to supermarkets Countdown Greenland or Pak n Sav Royal Oak;
