Paritai drive, solid masonry house offering a downstairs bedroom with large wardrobe and own, sole use separate bath/shower room and separate toilet. Room can come furnished - king side bed with a large tall boy in Rimu. Access through to a heated pool and outdoor area (shared with the upstairs house - 2 people live above and couple in basement other room). Shared kitchenette, laundry, and louge with lounge suite, table/chairs and TV. Very private living, with easy access to train, beaches along Tamaki Drive and to the city centre.

Sharing ground level with a professional international couple - clean, tidy, bubbly - do their own thing. They have their own toilet and bathroom. Shared lounge, kitchenette and laundry.
