Room comes unfurnished. Fibre/Internet, gas, electricity included. Light with nice outlook. Access through to a heated pool and outdoor area (shared with the upstairs house - 2 people live above and one other professional male in other ground floor room). Shared kitchenette (air fryer, 2 x induction cooktop, microwave with grill, coffee machine, fridge/freezer), laundry, and lounge with lounge suite, table/chairs and TV. Very private living, with easy access to train, bus, beaches, Tamaki Drive and very close to the city centre.
About the roomies
Sharing ground level with a professional male - clean, tidy, bubbly - does their own thing. He has hos own toilet and bathroom. Shared lounge, kitchenette and laundry.
