This is a 70s house so not your modern box, but I say has character, I have an available unfurnished lge double room with triple wardrobe and computer nook. All expenses included , you just buy your own food. I have 3 cats so will need to be an animal lover, must be working or able to always pay rent, there is a carpark or two available.
