1 Large Double bedroom with cupboard available from the 25/05/2022. You can view this room prior by arrangement. We are looking for a flatmate to join three others in a 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The house is newly renovated with all the modern furnishings.

$260 per week plus utilities for the room. Move in cost: $780 (2 week bond + 1week advance) Prices stated are for one person.

Cost of Utilities will be shared by tenants-power, water, internet, lawn/garden maintenance, cleaning common items

No pets. No smoking.

Each room contains a good sized wardrobe no furnishings in the room.All rooms have HRV installed. Shared areas are also fully furnished. The Kitchen, toilet, bathroom , lounge. The lounge will have a heat pump/ aircon by end of June 2022. The property also has a DVS System to keep it warm and dry. There is a large back yard to enjoy also.
