Looking for a full employed one to rent a full insulated sleep out that with en-suite and heat pump (for chilly winter) located at the back of the section. You have your own entrance and also very private. The cost is $380 total for single which includes power, unlimited fibre Wifi, rubbish collection, common arears cleaning and lawn maintenance.
