This flat is really an older(60s 70s) flat,to be honest,quite dated but a bit of character.Older style upstairs flat with views from the balcony (which you can relax on) and from lounge. The bedroom is a small to medium size bedroom on the quieter side of building. There is a built in wardrobe,KING-SINGLE size bed in room and small bedside cabinet( all this furniture can be removed ) if you are someone bringing your own furniture and commited to stay We share kitchen,lounge,bathroom (1 1/2 bathroom) and seperate toilet. There is a side garden & shared back lawn with clothes line available. Shared unlimited internet & we pay monthly.Shared monthly power bill.Water is included in rent. Also,household shopping of $15 each a week we pay for shared flat items.(eg dishwashing liquid/cleaning products/light bulbs etc) So weekly that is $190 a week to pay.

Currently,at this flat are 2 guys & 1 female- ages from 31yr up of age-so various ages and all very different but we have harmony & respect for one another. one is a lover of music.. ..myself a lover of live music & I work in clothing industry. We seek respectful,clean & honest person.We all live seperate lives but enjoy each others company also.

We do welcome students as UNITEC is close by and trains nearby for city access,and buses.
