Kia ora! I’m looking for 1 or 2 people to move into my house with me from the start of next year! I have been living here alone for the past few months and I’m looking for one or two people to join me. I’m 25 and I work full time as a builder.

I’ve recently finished renovating the house, so it has the feel of a brand new home. I have 2 good sized unfurnished rooms (3.5x3.5m) with built in wardrobes, a good sized bathroom (low pressure shower,) with a separate toilet, and a seperate laundry. There is parking for one car (excluding my own) on the property, and also parking on the street.

I keep my house spotless so I’m looking for someone who is very tidy and respectful of my home. Also after someone who has a full time job, is honest and is reliable. Not looking for party animals, as this is not a party house. Also I am not looking for a boarder with kids. Cats and Dogs are okay if they are well behaved (no cat door.)

I’ll be charging $175 per week (includes power and internet.) and may charge more depending on how many showers/power you want to use etc.
