Kia ora! I’m looking for 1 or 2 people to move into my house with me from the 18th onwards, my current flatmate is moving out on the 17th so the room will be available around then. I’m 29 and I work full time as a builder.

I have 2 unfurnished rooms to chose from (3.5x3.5m) with built in wardrobes, one bathroom (low pressure shower,) with a separate toilet, and a seperate laundry. There is parking for one car (excluding my own) on the property, and also parking on the street.

I keep my house clean and tidy so I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of my home, is honest and is reliable. Not looking for party animals, as this is not a party house.

I’ll be charging $200 per week (includes power and internet.) I also supply toilet paper, soap, laundry powder, dishwashing liquid etc
