Newly built modern home. Semi furnished double room available. 200pw includes bills. Shared bathroom with a separate toilet. Will be living with homeowner. Not a party house. Looking for someone professional between mid 20s and mid 30s. Not accepting any couples sorry. No pets, I already have a cat. I work in Hamilton and the commute isn’t an issue, can catch the bus from Te Awamutu if needed.
