Princes Street West

The room is not large but has a queen sized bed in it and dresser. Self contained wardrobe. No covered parking but parking next to garage or behind garage available. No fenced back garden, house is front house in right of way. Fenced front garden. Owner has 21 month old border terrier - would consider a flatmate’s dog providing friendly/compatible. My dog loves people and other dogs. Doesn’t yet get that dogs can be threatening. Property has shower, no bath. No working dishwasher, call me an eccentric, enjoy doing dishes the manual way.

I am retired straight female, 66 years young, consider myself a global citizen as lived away from NZ for 9 years in my 20’s/30’s. Myself and Bodhi (my dog) live here. I am an introvert, like my own space from time to time but am warm and friendly. Looking for a warm person who likes to laugh and is happy to be around dog/s.
