We are on the hunt for 1 flatmate for our 5 bedroom whare in Newtown, Wellington to join the 6 months left on our lease!

House is in an ideal location, close to Riddiford Street shops and New World is a 5 minute walk, as well as close access to multiple bus routes to town. The whare has a beautiful large backyard to hang in the sun as well as a large communal kitchen (with a working dishwasher) and lounge, with plenty of storage around the house.
The room is unfurnished and is available from the 31st of July. The room is $220, the bond is $720 and 1 week rent in advance, and expenses are $20 p/w in winter less in the warmer months.
One of us also owns a young cat named Zali, she’s affectionate and full of beans, she’s an inside cat and is mainly looked after by her owner.
The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, so please keep this in mind if you have accessibility requirements.
