Brook Street

We live in the Brook, which is a 5min drive from central Nelson, we are lucky to have an amazing outlook onto the park and stream. We recently renovated our house and have a furnished sunny bedroom available downstairs to rent out, it has an attached ensuite so you will have your own bathroom, it has a sliding door which will give you, your own access to your room, the room also has a heat pump installed so is super cosy during the winter, we have recently installed a kitchenette as well downstairs off the bedroom and ensuite, so the space downstairs is pretty much self contained. (we just need access occasionally to the laundry) Rent per week will include wifi, Gas water, Power, Netflix and prime, Also happy to take couples for $400 per week.

We are a busy working family, we have an 8 year old daughter. We enjoy watching sport on TV, walking and spending time together as a family. We are looking for someone like us who is working, is respectful, and is generally pretty quiet but enjoys a chat.
