We are walking distance to NMIT. 20 min walk to Nelson city. The Ebus stop (route4)is a 1 min walk. We have a friendly dog so no more pets sorry. Short term ok but prefer long term. $250 week includes Wifi, reasonable use of power, water. Non smoker preferred.
