Maddison's room

Fully fenced 4 bedroom house with an internal garage. The power, water and internet is included in the rent price however we do share the responsibility of the cost of lawn mowing monthly, and paying for products to keep the house clean. This comes to a rough total of $30 a month each.

For your convenience our home is equipped with all essential modern house hold appliances and others that not every home has such as: •Air conditioner/Heat Pump •Front load washing machine •Dish washer •Air fryer •Stand alone freezer •Two refrigerators

You are welcome to bring another fridge/freezer if you have one.

Pros to our location and living with us: ✨We live on a main bus route that is frequent. ✨ We live a 2-5 minute drive from all supermarkets, fast food outlets etc. ✨We are a diverse and accepting of everyone if you are of us. Students are welcome (with character references) as are older professionals (we are all mature here). ✨We can take you to the supermarket weekly if you do not drive.

You will share the main bathroom with one other male flat mate.

What are we looking for in a flat mate: ✨LGBQTI+ 🌈 friendly people only. If you’re anti this in any way, unfortunately you won’t be a good fit for us all.

✨Must be clean and tidy and responsible and accepting of a cleaning/house maintenance schedule. We all like to help each other out and pull our weight.

✨Must be okay with our little dogs and cats. You will not ever be expected to do anything for them like feed/groom/walk etc as it’s not your responsibility however you must be friendly and kind towards them always. If you love little pup cuddles or cat pats then you’re in for a treat.

✨You must be able to pay your rent and share of the bills on time. Your rent will always be due on a Wednesday.

No smokers but vaping is accepted outside on the private deck area ☺️

Living in the house are a married gay girl couple in their late 20’s and one male also in his late 20’s. We are all working either full or part time and one of us is at university studying. We are a quiet, chilled out flat who all enjoy our down time and own space but once a week/fortnight have a flat dinner where someone takes turns cooking for everyone (no pressure though if you’re not up for this). Whilst we are a sociable bunch of people this is not a party-drinking-flat. In addition to the three of us we have two small mini schnauzer dogs and two cats so no other cats or dogs however small animals such as fish or a bird can be discussed. ☺️
