Shlomi's room

My home is in Stokes valley, Lower Hutt, Wellington.

The rent is $230pw, this includes power (reasonable use), high speed internet (unlimited), a great bath and shower (gas hot water), and a separate toilet.

The House is a sunny relaxing home, with full wood interior, we have a lovely kitchen (with a large fridge) a great stove (with an extractor fan) and an oven, and air conditioning (in the lounge), underfloor insulation throughout the house, and a room in the back of the house which has some gym equipment and a TV.

Outside we have vegetable gardens being constructed, trees to sit under, so far one fruit tree, a very sunny clothesline, a sheltered deck and BBQ area, we also have a good sized workshop (usable but not finished).

We are 2 professional guys, who usually get up early for work (this is not a party house), we enjoy good music, and an all-around clean and relaxing home.

This is my house, Louis and I have been friends for about 5 years, and we work for the same company.

Louis likes his space, and I give him all of the space that he wants, we both love to cook, but we have very different dietary preferences.

Louis likes tiny home living (streamline everything), He’s also an artist (his medium is wood) and he’s always creating something when he’s not at work. He also tries to spend as much time as he can with his partner and daughter up the coast, but my home is very close to our work.

In the neighborhood, we have a pool, a library, a supermarket, and a bottle shop all within 700m and two gyms and a physiotherapist, take away shops and a pharmacy /post office (and bus stops) all within 1km….garages and vets are also very close by too, and a few Churches.
