My home is in Stokes valley, Lower Hutt, Wellington.

The rent is $235pw, this includes power (reasonable use), high speed internet (unlimited), a great bath and shower (gas hot water), and a separate toilet.

The House is a sunny relaxing home, with full wood interior, we have a lovely kitchen (with a large fridge) a great stove and an oven, a heat pump (in the lounge), underfloor insulation throughout the house, and some gym equipment and a TV in the front room.

Outside we have vegetable gardens a tree to sit under, and a fruit tree, a very sunny clothesline, a sheltered deck and BBQ area, we also have a good sized workshop

We are an Engineer, a baker, and a skin therapist (two guys and lady), this is not a party house, we enjoy good music, and an all-around clean and relaxing home. (We also have a collection of board games).

This is my home, a home for myself, my partner, and our friend. (And one more person).

In the neighborhood, we have a pool, a library, a supermarket, and a bottle shop all within 700m and two gyms and a physiotherapist, take away shops and a pharmacy /post office (and bus stops) all within 1km….garages and vets are also very close by too, and a few Churches. Smoking outside only.

If you enjoy working in the garden, building things in the workshop, or arts and crafts I can make additional space for you.
