Clodagh's room

The unfurnished room fits a queen bed comfortably and some furniture. Has a built-in sliding-door wardrobe with loads of room and storage. The sun shining in warms the room right up, it’s perfect. secured back garden, with a sheltered patio. Garden shed. Great area for small dogs for the right candidate. The lounge has built-in heat pumps and that heat goes straight up the stairs too! :) Loads of kitchen space etc! I don’t cook much so the kitchen is always free! On-street parking. Lovely neighbors. I’ve only moved in so it’s slowly becoming more homely! Bus stops outside the door, and walking distance to local shops, restaurants, etc. here in Karaka. Auckland Motorway is just a two-minute drive. Papakura train station is about a 6 min drive away. Will consider couples too! Which will just split your room bill and then monthly bills between all of us. They don’t get more than $100 dollars unless you want in on my fiber! :)

House is just myself and Chanel. I’m a 27-year-old Irish female, working in Marketing at New Zealand Bloodstock. Work is just a two-minute drive from me but I spend most of my day there or weekends in the Waikato. I have a small kitty named Chanel. She is everyone’s best friend. Will consider the right candidate to have a cat also, or a small dog if they get on with cats! A dog will mean a higher bond :)

I’m believed to be an easygoing person, and can judge when someone needs their space, or if they need a yarn and a cuppa :)
