We have a room AVAILABLE FROM 8 AUGUST 2026 in our character building located at top of Willis/Victoria St close to the CBD. The rent of $280/week includes power, Wifi and shared expenses. The security deposit/bond is $560 and I also ask for 2 weeks rent to be paid in advance. A total of $1120 required to pay at the outset and a commitment for 3 month minimum term is required. After that a month-by-month arrangement is fine and accept weekly, fortnightly, or monthly rent payments to suit. The room is small and suitable for a single tenant, but has good light and a nice outlook of Willis Street from the window. Can provide either single or double bed option, plus bedside table and clothes rack. Shower is included in the room. There are 3 shared bathrooms plus a communal kitchen, dining area and a couple of lounge areas. This is a No Smoking environment inside, and outside, the building. There is no suitable space for smoking outside or around the building.

Currently re-renting 3-4 rooms as the current tenants have moved on. I am looking for an easy-going, friendly mix of people to share the space. The tenants share common household expenses and cleaning associated with the running and upkeep of the place and we all communicate on WhatsApp.
