We have friendly team of two girls in their mid 20-s , professional and students studying at Otago University. I am Landlord in the house ( mid 50-s) who is ocassionaly living here and visiting my home. I am commuting between Auckland and Dunedin for business purpose. We are looking for one more friendly professional/student girl to take single room -fully furnished. House is very warm with plenty car parkings and magnificent sea view.
