We have friendly team of three girls in their early-mid 20-s , professional/students and one male students ( one is late 20-s . I am Landlord in the house ( mid 50-s) who is occasionally living in the house. I am commuting between Auckland and Dunedin for business purpose. We are looking for one more friendly professional/student male to take this single room. House is very warm with plenty car parkings and magnificent sea view.
