Hiya, my partner and I have an unfurnished room /studio available for rent for a female in our new build house in Takanini.

The room is a private loft space above the garage, and has its own seperate entrance with a Yale door lock. There is a nice on-suite with a dual shower-head and a LED mirror.

Has a space that can be used for a mini fridge/microwave/jug, or a vanity area etc. Room has an air con (have attached some photos from the listing, can send a video of the space if requested).

Takanini Train Station is a 7 min drive away, and there are lots of shops within a 5 min drive.

Rent is $300 per week plus expenses.

Looking for clean and quiet full time worker/student.

I am a 30 year old dental assistant and my partner is a 31 year old landscape manager. We are both clean and tidy, and appreciate a calm and quiet home.
