About the room

Historical 3 level house in Newtown. Near to the hospital, Newtown goodness, and Woolworths. Walking distance to town. There’s bus stops nearby, which is super handy and the buses run regularly. #apparently

The room is upstairs, so keep that in mind if you hate exercise or have mobility issues. It has a double bed, dressing table, writing table, mirror, shelves and cupboard - but these can be moved if you’ve got your own funiture.

The house is filled with lots of art collections, and I love a clean house.

There’s a private, fenced off back yard with a pool we blow up in summer! But don’t get too excited about the pool or summer. There’s a big, beautiful bath for when you need to relax and soak away your day.

Rent includes power and internet. NOT SUITABLE for a couple/pets/someone with a heart condition/racists or national supporter.

About the roomies

It’s just me. Creative and super busy with work and art stuff in my spare time. When I’m home I’m usually working on something and tend to keep to myself.
