Our large beautiful home is in a popular central Auckland suburb near the beach. Our location is very convenient by bus to most parts of Auckland.
Our price include ALL utilities (water / power / gas / unlimited internet / insurance excl excess) and some household basics (laundry powder / toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products/ Housecleaning services) .. you clean up after yourself such as your own dishes and kitchen area after use, clothes, bedding and bedroom.
This room is a single room separate to the house and located by the pool. Its has a single bed, side table, and place to pop your clothes. Simple but clean, quiet and private with the essentials. You have access to the main house common areas 24 / 7.
Note this is a homestay versus a flat share.
We are a couple of fun easy going 40 year olds with two little girls aged 3 and 6. We are quiet during the week focusing on work, children and home-life but like to unwind on the weekend. We are generous and helpful people who go above and beyond to help our guests.
We have separate living quarters upstairs (except kitchen) and often keep to ourselves from 5:30pm after our children are fed and are often busy or out and about during the day in the weekends.
As we have four rooms we use for guests so there is always another homestay with us sometimes 4 of you and our guests often become friendly and socialise with each other.
There is a large bathroom downstairs that is shared with other homestay guests. We have our own upstairs.
