Our large beautiful home is in a popular central Auckland suburb near the beach. Our location is very convenient by bus to all amenities and most parts of Auckland.
Our price include ALL utilities (water / power / gas / unlimited internet / insurance excl excess) and some household basics (laundry powder / toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products/ Housecleaning services) .. you clean up after yourself such as your own dishes and kitchen area after use, clothes, provided bedding and bedroom.
This room features a luxurious queen sized bed and bedding, double wardrobe with full length mirrors and side table. Desk available in request. $350 pw is the cost for an individual to cover costs not couple.
Note this is a homestay versus a flat share. If you are wanting to stay for less than 8 weeks we need a fixed date of departure upfront.
We are a couple of fun easy going 40 year olds with two little girls aged 3 and 6. We are quiet during the week focusing on work, children and home-life but like to unwind on the weekend. We are generous and helpful people who go above and beyond to help our guests.
We have separate living quarters upstairs (except kitchen) and often keep to ourselves from 5:30pm, after our children are fed and are often busy or out and about during the day in the weekends.
As we have four rooms we use for guests so there is always another homestay with us sometimes 4 of you and our guests often become friendly and socialise with each other.
There is a large bathroom downstairs that is shared with other homestay guests. We have our own upstairs.
