About the room: It’s a very private room located at the front of the house. You have your own bathroom (ensuite). Shared living area and kitchen but it’s quite spacious.

Currently just us owners living in the house. We are a young working couple, both engineers, and work in East Tamaki. Very regular Mon-Friday work schedule. We are social, respectful and tidy. We stay in the master bedroom with its own bathroom so you get a lot of privacy! No pets or smokers.
