Train station is a 2 minute walk around the corner. Nearby are dairies and takeaways. Room is furnished with a solid bed and a decent pocket spring mattress. You will need your own linen but towels are available. Can remove furnishings from room if preferred. Room has a built in wardrobe.

Room receives plenty of direct natural light.

Rent includes utilities, internet and electricity and shared cleaning supplies.

Temporarily available for one month while flatmate is away but the term is negotiable, if you need a place for longer. I’m looking for a clean tidy, considerate flatmate.
