The room is the main bedroom and is a good size, with plenty of natural light, built-in wardrobes, a queen bed and bedroom furniture. Furnishings can be adjusted or removed if you have your own.

The three-bedroom townhouse is modern, warm and double glazed. Shared areas are fully furnished, with a comfortable living area, modern kitchen and two bathrooms. Off-street parking directly in front of the townhouse is included.

Rent is $320 per week, all inclusive of power, unlimited fibre internet and normal shared household supplies.

Linden train station is around a 2-minute walk away, with local dairies and takeaways nearby. Tawa shops and supermarkets are around a 5-minute drive, and Porirua is about 10 minutes away.
