Double Room available in near new home in Churton Park.

We’re looking for a friendly, kind and considerate person to join our five-bedroom home. We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys being part of a community-minded household, while also respecting everyone’s need for their own space and independence.

The home is neurodiverse-friendly, and we value a calm, respectful and understanding environment where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves.

You’ll be renting a double bedroom upstairs with a large wardrobe and will share a bathroom with two other male flatmates. The house is conveniently located within easy walking distance of bus stops, supermarkets and local shops.

Room available:

• Double room: $180 per week + $40 utilities

The House:

• Fully insulated, double-glazed and fitted with central heating

• Two spacious living areas, each with a large TV

• Study and separate scullery off the kitchen

• Quality appliances, plus a second freezer in the garage

• Plenty of street parking available

We’re looking for someone who is kind, respectful, reliable and easy-going, and who would be happy to contribute to a positive and welcoming home environment.

Move in costs: 4 weeks rent and 2 weeks rent in advance.

The house is currently home to four employed men in their 20’s - 30’s. They are friendly and maintain a tidy home.
