Super big house in a nice neighborhood close to everything you need, with ocean view & 2 minutes walks to the bus stops or ferry terminal.

The room is a sublet so available from Early June until Mid November.

There is plants in the house & the room that you will have responsibility to water as well so have to have a certain knowledge or able to manage

Couples welcome but rent will be 300$ all inn
