Simple, easy lease. Power, high-speed 1Gbit/s Wi-Fi, toilet paper, soap, other household supplies, and rubbish removal are all covered.

The room is furnished as pictured with a queen bed (bedding available), dresser, desk, and chair, plus a large window that lets in great natural light. If you’d prefer it unfurnished, that can be arranged, just let me know.

Location is hard to beat: the bus stop is seconds from your door, with buses every 20 minutes on weekdays and only about 10 minutes to the CBD. Hataitai Beach is a 7-minute walk away, and free street parking is plentiful.

You’ll also have access to a massive lounge unlike any other. It’s a great spot to relax, watch a movie, and take it easy. Just look at the pictures.
