Our building is situated at the border of Newmarket, Parnell and Remuera. The train station and public bus stops are at 5 minutes walks from home. Supermarkets (including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, European), shopping mall (Westfield), restaurants, shops, fast food eateries, cinemas, cafes, parks, train station, bus stops, clinics, pharmacies, post shop, banks, etc. are within 5-7 mins walking distance. You can reach to Auckland CBD in 8-10 minutes by public transport. This bedroom has two single beds (alternative configuration- king size bed and suitable for a couple) and the room is well furnished, warm and sunny. The room has two windows, desk, chair, beds linen, drawers, wardrobes (with mirror doors), heater and table lamp. Laundry facility is available. A separate bathroom is allocated to share among guests from the two rooms. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the building. As our home is located at the border of two transport zones, so you can travel in two zones just paying one zone fare. These two transport zones mostly covers Auckland Central. If your school or campus in Auckland CBD, you can walk to there (25-30 minutes) from home.
RENT: Couple or Two Individuals: $500(2 x $250)/week; Daily Rates: $100 for a single occupancy; $120 for dual occupancy.
NOTES: (1) Secured car park - $40/week or $10/day (2) Airport pick up - $60 for flights arriving between 8 am - 8 pm; other times - $90.
We matured professional couple live in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) apartment in Newmarket/Remuera along street named James Cook Crescent. We use only master bedroom and so two rooms are available for guests.
