About the room

Located in a great part of Remuera close to shops and public transport. Quiet and warm with peaceful surroundings and good neighbors, views over the estuary and many trees with the Harbour in the distance. Sunny North facing living with outdoor areas front and rear. Our home is a welcoming chilled and fun place to live. We sometimes have dinner together if it suits and the occasional drinks however Our hard partying days are well behind us!

About the roomies

Single female (50 +) and single male (40 +) both working professionals with full and busy lives. Our current head tenant has been at the dwelling for 8 plus years with a solid understanding with great Landlords who trust us and leave us to get on with it!~
