The house is located on the Tahuna hills with sea views and sunsets. The beach is a 10 minute walk , and it takes 10 minutes to drive to Nelson CBD. There is a deck for sunbathing, bbqs, and a garden for growing veggies.
About the roomies
I am a Scientist who breeds kiwifruit, and my housemate is a medical physicist. We are in our 30s and active people who enjoy the outdoors and nature, but also the odd party and festival. The weekends are often spent hiking, at the beach, going on road trips or working on the house!
Although this is not a party house, we are both sociable and enjoy the company of friends for dinners, game or movie nights.
