About the room
The house is located on the Tahunanui hills. The room has a wardrobe, is furnished with a queen bed and has beautiful sunsets overlooking Mount Arthur and Tasman Bay.
The beach is a 10 minute walk and it takes 10 minutes to drive/ 15 min cycle to Nelson CBD. There is a deck for sunbathing, patio for bbqs, and a garden for growing veggies.
About the roomies
I am a Scientist, and my housemate works in social support. We are 35 (M) and 29 (F), active and social people who enjoy the outdoors and nature. The odd party and festival included. Weekends are often spent hiking, at the beach, going on road trips or working on the house!
Although this is not a party house, we are both sociable and enjoy the company of friends for dinners, game or movie nights.
Our ideal housemate will be of similar age and has similar interests.
