You will have your own furnished room with ensuite. A small fridge is included and tea/coffee making facilities.. A weekly service of your room if required. 24 hour access to our communal kitchen, free guest laundry and use of our heated pool between 9am-9pm. We have free high speed wifi, built in chromecast in the tv, free off street parking. Bedding not included. We are situated next to Black Label Bbq with easy access to all of Rotorua by foot, bus or car. Security locked main doors between 6pm and 9am for guests safety. ( You use your key for access)

We have our night duty staff who live on site, you mainly share the building with travelers and other guests. Reception is open between 9am and 6pm.
