-Come and enjoy this quiet flat, contains 3x tile bathrooms/toilets and 2x kitchen. -Kitchen cabinets are all numbered accordingly to room number. -Toilet/bathrooms numbered for allocated rooms -Each room has its own electric meter, no fighting over who use more power! -communal area monitored by CCTV

Room4 will be available from June/July. rent is $205/wk, long term preferred.

Rent covers unlimited fibre internet and 25 units of power usage, general waste wheelie bin once weekly communal area cleaning. Extra power usage will be charged at $0.50/unit.
