Ideally looking for a female of similar age 25 - 30.

I previously lived in the property so it’s well done up, off street parking, mirror tint windows, powerful energy efficient heat pump in the lounge, lots of insulation (warm in winter), automated bathroom fans, kitchen has new Lino (not shown in picture), tiled bathrooms, new kitchen cabinetry, recently inside painted and concrete patio area. Small lawns little maintenance.
Can furnish a bedroom for extra.
End of this year will be installing a new kitchen extractor system and painting outside.
