About the room

The studio is no longer available but a room in my house is available with its own bathroom. A quiet serene space has been created in what once was a garage. It is not your ordinary garage. It is fully insulated and lined, has a heat pump, windows, french door, pendant lights and ensuite. It is detached from the house. I am looking for a respectful and trustworthy person to rent it. Claudelands is a great area in which to live, it’s quiet and an easy 15 minute walk into the centre of the city.

About the roomies

I appreciate living in a quiet peaceful environment as I have a demanding job so my home is my sanctuary. I enjoy gardening, reading and craft work. I have two little cavoodle dogs who love people and being walked!
