Open to your offer!!! Offer what you can afford to pay each week and you never know (: I’m the home owner and understand times are tough. Furnished room but can be unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own stuff. Walk to supermarkets, parks, swimming pool and Kerikeri Main Street. Rent includes most expenses, just buy your own food, garden to use if you want to grow your own food. Live with only 2 other full time working flatmates, short or long term fine.
