It’s a super peaceful area and close to the city, Ponsonby, Dominion Rd and not far from the motorways. Apartment is located in Eden Terrace
You’ll have your own bathroom and a covered secure carpark. The apartment has a lovely little sit-out that gets the evening sun – ideal for relaxing after a long day. I’m a full time chef and wake up early mornings. So you’re in good hands when it come to food 🙂
Rent is $325 bills not included. Bond is 3 weeks rent I’m pretty chill, enjoy a tidy space, and am looking for someone like-minded who’s respectful and easy to get along with. If this sounds like your vibe, feel free to reach out with a little about yourself.
