10 mins to shops, beach airport by car, street parking in good neighbourhood, drug and alcohol free house, good place to recover from a night out. Not a party house.

Close to beach, supermarket, gym, hospital, airport. Looking for relaxed, practical, house trained, reliable rent paying house mate with sense of humour who likes their own space and ideally loves gardens, garden part is not essential. A place that you can call home.

Art and linen in room optional you are welcome to make it your own, queen size bed, average room size, and inbuilt wardrobe and desk with chair.
