We’re seeking a single flatmate (sorry no couples) for our ground-floor double bedroom with an ensuite within this modern, fully furnished townhouse, centrally located within Auckland in Mt Wellington (just minutes from Sylvia Park).
The room has an ensuite bathroom and features free-standing wardrobes for storage and hanging clothes. The first floor features a shared open-plan living area, complete with a large kitchen boasting ample bench space, a dining table, comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a lovely outdoor balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun.
