Our current beloved flattie will have to leave Nelson in early June as her visa will be expiring and we are looking for someone to fill her shoes!

The room has a double wardrobe and is fully furnished with a bed, desk, bedside cabinet, light, drawers and linen if you need it.

Atawhai is one of the nearest suburbs to the CBD, NMIT and the Port Nelson which takes about 6 minutes by car. There are no traffic queues like there are from Richmond, Stoke and Tahuna.

The house is four bedrooms, two bathrooms, with sea views and privacy. Very secure, modern and clean and well organized.

There is a safe and scenic cycleway into the city. There is also a bus stop at the bottom of the hill which is a 15 minute walk. In the neighbourhood are a coffee cart, pizza place, supermarket, hairdresser and takeaways.

Three Professionals - independant and busy, yet friendly and supportive. This is a home, not a shared flat. We are looking for our fourth person to join us.

This room would suit a student looking for somewhere affordable and close to NMIT who is looking for a no stress, easy, modern, clean and well organized house with a supportive environment.

It may also suit someone relocating to Nelson, who wants an easy transition to their new job 5 minutes drive from the CBD with everything laid out for them.
