Garage parking can be negotiated, otherwise we have plenty of driveway spaces and there is on street parking but heavily contested.

We’re in Papanui, Grassmere Street. Just a stone’s throw from Northland mall.

You will be sharing with a male student/worker in his 30s and a retired man in his 60s. We are an active, friendly house, but we all value our own space and a peaceful environment.

The House Vibe: We maintain a “quiet sanctuary” environment. This isn’t a party house, it’s a place where we all enjoy our own space and downtime. We are friendly and happy to chat in passing, but we generally do our own thing. It’s the perfect setup if you value your privacy and a peaceful home to return to at the end of the day.
