It’s a warm, sunny room with a deep built-in double wardrobe that offers plenty of hanging space and storage.

The house is in a great spot, literally a two-minute walk to Northlands Mall, Pak’nSave, Countdown, Graham Condon gym/pool, and main bus routes into the city or universities. There is plenty of driveway space for parking, as well as on-street parking available.

Rent is $220 a week, which covers everything (power, hot water gas, and unlimited fibre internet).

The House Vibe: We maintain a “quiet sanctuary” environment. This isn’t a party house. It’s a place where we all enjoy our own space and downtime. We are friendly and happy to chat in passing, but we generally do our own thing. It’s the perfect setup if you value your privacy and a peaceful home to return to at the end of the day.
