About the property

We have a quiet, snug studio space with a private garden (all to yourself). Fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, fully furnished. The studio also has its own entrance. Centrally located in The Brook it is a 5 minute walk NMIT and 7 minutes to town. Bus stops less than 1 minute from your front door.

The studio is at the back of our house, we are a family of three (our daughter is 11), we are quiet and would like someone who doesn’t party and is quiet and respectful.

We have a cat who may visit from time to time.

Rent includes unlimited internet, gas hot water (always a hot shower) electricity and rubbish collection.
