9-bedroom Oriental Bay home — The Palace — looking for a new family member for a short-term sublet (approx. 22/06–02/08, with some flexibility).

The room is sunny with a beautiful view over Oriental Bay, fully furnished with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk. Parking available. $220/week, all expenses included.

A creative, social, and welcoming home, shared with wonderful humans. There’s a nice sense of community in the house, along with an art room and a basement jam space. We also have two cats, four chickens, and a growing food garden.

All just minutes from the beach, Mt Vic, and the city.

We’re 9 humans (22–40) — a mix of artists, musicians, and working professionals. There are occasional flat dinners, jams, gardening missions, and movie nights, balanced with plenty of space to do your own thing and recharge. Easygoing home, plus two cats and four chickens keeping things lively.
