You must be working or studying full time or close enough to full time.
We would like a quiet person rather than a loud person. We have a noise curfew from 10pm every night to allow rest and sleep.
👥 Who We Are: We’re a diverse, international bunch (ages 19 to late 50s), working professionals who enjoy a quiet and respectful living space. Each person cooks for themselves, and we all contribute to keeping the house clean and organised by using a duty roster so the house is always clean and welcoming. We’re not a party house , but we are kind and welcoming. We are all quiet working types but we will chat when we can.
🏡 About the Room & House: • Private, room with a lovely view of the garden with a private balcony. The only way to find out if you like it is to visit and chat 😀
