We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to join our peaceful, tidy home in beautiful Fendalton. Our great flatmate has had to return home to India

You must be working or studying full time or close enough to full time.

We would like a quiet person rather than a loud person. We have a noise curfew from 10pm every night to allow rest and sleep.

👥 Who We Are: We’re a diverse, international bunch (ages 19 to late 50s), working professionals who enjoy a quiet and respectful living space. Each person cooks for themselves, and we all contribute to keeping the house clean and organised. We’re not a party house , but we are kind and welcoming. We are all quiet working types but we will chat when we can. We have a cleaning roster so the house is always clean and welcoming.

• One friendly cat lives here – so you’ll need to be okay with feline company 🐈‍⬛ • Strictly for one person only (not suitable for couples) • Sorry, no additional pets

The owner lives in and is a kiwi who loves Indian food and its lovely aromas. I am not worried about curry or spices in the curtains or any types of cooking.
